How ExelNode handles website and customer information.
This page describes general information practices for the public website, client portal and hosting relationship.
Information collected
ExelNode may collect information supplied during account creation, ordering, payment, support and website use. This can include contact details, billing information, service configuration, support communications and technical logs.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide services, process orders, secure accounts, communicate about service activity, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and meet legal or operational obligations.
Billing and service providers
Payment and service delivery may involve third-party providers. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices where applicable.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect account information. Customers also play an important role by using strong credentials, protecting authentication methods and reporting suspected compromise promptly.
Live chat
ExelNode uses Tawk.to to provide live chat on the public website. When you start a chat, your messages and basic technical information needed to operate the conversation may be processed by the chat provider. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive credentials through live chat.
Retention
Information may be retained for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal or financial requirements.
Requests and corrections
Customers can review and update many account details through the client portal. Other privacy requests may require identity verification before action is taken.
Contact
For account-related privacy requests, use an authenticated support ticket. General enquiries may be sent to sales@exelnode.com.
